- 20 g lukewarm water
-Blend everything in the glas-jar with a spatula
-Mark your 'starting-point' with a rubber-band
-Cover the jar with a cotton cloth and a rubber-band
-Place in a warm and cozy place

- 5 g sugar
- 25 g lukewarm water
-Blend in the glas-jar with a spatula

After 10 hours:
- 10 g oat flour
- 10 g rice flour
- 10 g sugar
- 15 g lukewarm water
-Blend in the glas-jar with a spatula

After 18 hours:
