  • 1. Whisk water and yeast

    Put psyllium-powder in the bowl and let it soak for 2 min.

    In the meantime, beat sugar and egg together with a whisk or a hand mixer for approx. 2 min. until it becomes a fluffy mass.  The egg-sugar mixture helps build the structure of the dough
