  • 1. Clean a Jar

    Clean and sterilize a jam-jar with a closable lid.

  • 2. Wash the blueberries

    Wash 200 g of frozen/fresh blueberries with bottled/filtered water

    Mix blueberries and sugar in a small pot

    Heat the pot and cook the mixture at heigh temperature for 2 minutes.

    Stir all the time with a spoon.

    Cook the mixture at low temperature for 1 minute.

  • 6. Add psyllium powder
