Wash 200 g of frozen/fresh blueberries with bottled/filtered water

Mix blueberries and sugar in a small pot

Heat the pot and cook the mixture at heigh temperature for 2 minutes.
Stir all the time with a spoon.

5. Cook at low temperature
Cook the mixture at low temperature for 1 minute.
Stir all the time with a spoon.

Stir while the pot with the mixture is still hot.
