  • 1. Sterilize a glass-jar

    Clean and sterilize a jam-jar with a closable lid, by boiling it for 2-3 minutes in boiling water

  • 2. Rinse the apricots

    Wash/rinse 300 g of fresh apricots with bottled/filtered water

  • 3. Remove the pit and cut into 8 pieces each

  • 4. Add water

    Add the water to the fruits in the pot

  • 5. Cook on high heat

    Cook on high heat for 1 minute, while stirring with a table spoon all the time

  • 6. Cook for 2 more minutes

    Cook for 2 more minutes on medium heat, still stirring with the spoon. Wait for the mixture to desolve, than you can turn off the heat.

  • 7. Take from heat

  • 8. Add "Secret Ingredient"

    Add the "secret" stiffener, which is psyllium-powder or grounded psyllium husks.

    Stir while the pot is still hot. 

    Only 5 g of this fine powder stiffens the jam without any sugar and thickens the jam perfectly without any weird tastes.

  • 9. Pour into glas jar

    Fill the clean and sterelized jar with the sugar-free apricot-jam

  • 10. Add cling-film

    Add a piece of cling-film on top of the jar to close the jar 100% and to preserve it for longer

  • 11. Close the lid & ready!

    Close the lid and 

    place in the refrigerator for cooling and storage. 

    This jam can be stored as a preserve in a cold, dark space or opened in the refrigerator for at least 1 week.
