  • 1. Sterilize a glass-jar

    Clean and sterilize a jam-jar with a closable lid, by boiling it for 2-3 minutes in boiling water

  • 2. Rinse the berries

    Wash/rinse 250 g of frozen or fresh blueberries with bottled/filtered water

  • 3. Cook on high heat

    Cook on high heat for 1 minute, while stirring with a table spoon all the time

  • 4. Add sugar

    Add the sugar and stir into the fruits

  • 5. Cook for 2 more minutes

    Cook for 2 more minutes on medium heat, still stirring with the spoon. Wait for foaming on top of the mixture, than you can turn of the heat.

  • 6. Take from heat

    Take the pot from your stove/heat-source and add the secret ingredient: psyllium powder it has to be grounded for the best result).

    Stir while the pot with the mixture is still hot.

  • 7. Pour into glas jar

    Fill the clean and sterelized jar with the berry-jam

  • 8. Add cling-film

    Add a piece of cling-film on top of the jar

  • 9. Close the lid & ready!

    Close the lid and 

    place in the refrigerator for cooling and storage. 

    This jam can be stored as a preserve in a cold, dark space or opened in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 weeks.
