Steps
1
Sterilize a glass-jar
Clean and sterilize a jam-jar with a closable lid, by boiling it for 2-3 minutes in boiling water
2
Rinse the apricots
Wash/rinse 300 g of fresh apricots with bottled/filtered water
3
Remove the pit and cut into 8 pieces each
Remove the pit from each apricot and than cut the apricot in 8 pieces for each apricot
4
Add water
Add the water to the fruits in the pot
5
Cook on high heat
Cook on high heat for 1 minute, while stirring with a table spoon all the time
6
Cook for 2 more minutes
Cook for 2 more minutes on medium heat, still stirring with the spoon. Wait for the mixture to desolve, than you can turn off the heat.
7
Take from heat
Take the pot from your heat-source
8
Add "Secret Ingredient"

Only 5 g of this fine powder stiffens the jam without any sugar and thickens the jam perfectly without any weird tastes.
9
Pour into glas jar
Fill the clean and sterelized jar with the sugar-free apricot-jam
10
Add cling-film
Add a piece of cling-film on top of the jar to close the jar 100% and to preserve it for longer
11
Close the lid & ready!
Close the lid and
place in the refrigerator for cooling and storage.
This jam can be stored as a preserve in a cold, dark space or opened in the refrigerator for at least 1 week.
